A large antique glass domes dating from the late 19th century.

Originally used for displaying all sorts of curiosities ranging from clocks, taxidermy, wax models and religious icons.

Each dome comes with its own base (painted wood) often showing signs of age.

Glass dome in very good condition, no chips or cracks.

Note that some glass domes can present little air bubbles or small imperfections due to the nature of traditional manufacturing.
